Vision:  We envision a world in which people are transformed to live courageously and overcome their fears as they learn about the character of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  In the Life Coach component, we also teach about transformation, mindset, core values, strategy, and encourage people to continue to learn and grow.  We have a passion to teach through the leading and power of the Holy Spirit, biblical principles and values that promote growth and transformation through the creation of courses, PowerPoints, and webinars.  Our goal is to edify, exhort, comfort, and promote growth in life.  These courses will also promote business and personal growth.  Scripture references:  Ephesians 4:11, 12 and I John 4:9 (KJV).

Mission:  To accomplish the vision, we have a course website called “Gibson Skill Development and Training“.  We create courses that promote biblical principles and values in the mindset and transformation process.  Courses and training are for business, personal, and spiritual growth.  We use the Zoom platform for meetings and webinars.  We use the thinkific.com platform to create and store courses created.  Creation of books and journals will be assigned to courses or webinars.  Christian Life Coaching for groups and one-on-one coaching are available.
